Qin Gang—A rising star in Chinese politics. He is an influential figure in the country's foreign minister, Xi Jinping's government. But within a year, that rising star has fallen from the sky. Wang Yi was replaced as the new foreign minister on Tuesday. He was China's top diplomat for so long.
